Store, read, and extend fees are settled on-chain in stablecoins via x402. These transactions are irreversible once confirmed — we have no technical mechanism to force a reversal, chargeback, or refund. We will voluntarily refund a crypto payment, at our sole discretion, only in the case of a verified Protocol-side error (e.g. a bug caused you to be charged without the corresponding action completing). Releasing an already-registered decryption key to a reader is always free and is never charged in the first place.
If you top up a wallet credit balance by card via Stripe, you may request a refund of your unused credit balance within 14 days of purchase by contacting us (below). Credit already spent on a Protocol action (a completed store, read, or extend) is not refundable, since that action has already been performed. Approval is at our discretion. A refunded amount is removed from your credit balance.
Separately, and without any request from you, credit spent on a request that fails (for example a Memory that is not found, or a request we reject) is returned to your balance automatically.
The free trial allowance has no cash value and is not refundable.
Email [email protected] with the wallet address involved, the approximate date and time, and (if available) the on-chain transaction hash or your Stripe receipt.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above. See also Section 6 (Payment Terms) of the Terms of Service.
